Ingredients:

• 1/2c. soy sauce
• 1/3c. packed brown sugar
• 1/4c. apple cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar
• 2 cloves crushed garlic
• 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp. lime juice

Mix it all together. It works fantastic marinating for even just one hour! Three hours would work better. It is great with butterflied pork loin chops.
