A slightly Thai version of the classic Hawaiian BBQ chicken grilling sauce. Inexplicably, it doesn’t seem to stick to the grill as badly as other BBQ sauces.

It works fantastic marinating for even just one hour! Three hours would work better. It is great with butterflied pork loin chops.
