Another “Low Carb World Tour™” recipe.

Much less fat than pork sausage. No Carbs. Full Flavor.

• 2 pounds (2 tubes) Aldi’s Pure Ground Turkey thawed, obviously, but still very cold.
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 1/2 teaspoons Rubbed Sage
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
• 2 teaspoons Poultry Seasoning*
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
• 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to combine.

Remove from refrigerator, give it a stir and form into patties. If time allows, allow patties to sit and warm up a little bit before cooking.

Cook patties over medium heat in a bit of olive oil, or coconut oil until light brown one on one side. Turn once and cook thoroughly. Keep warm in oven @180°F until ready to serve. Makes 12 to 20 patties depending on size.

Basic Poultry Seasoning:
2 Tablespoons Rubbed Sage
1 Tablespoon Ground Sage
1 Tablespoon Ground Rosemary
1 Tablespoon Dill Weed
1 teaspoon Ground Bay Leaf
1/2 Tablespoon Celery Seed
