2 Large Banana Peppers

1 Medium Green Jalapeno

1 Small Red Jalapeno

1/2 Teaspoon Citric Acid

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Greek Seasoning

1 Tablespoon Cumin

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Fennel

1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Clove Garlic Minced

1/4 Cup Lightly Minced Fresh Cilantro
