2 pounds (2 tubes) Aldi’s Ground Turkey thawed, obviously, but still very cold.
1/2 cup Aldi’s Briargate Kansas City Original BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 slices of dry or toasted Aldi’s L’oven Fresh - 100% Whole Wheat Bread processed into fine crumbs.
1 Tablespoon Aldi’s Briargate Plain Yellow Mustard
1 level Tablespoon Aldi’s Spice Club Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Aldi’s Spice Club Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Empty 2 1lb tubes of very cold ground turkey meat into a mixing bowl and with a large fork cut in the bread crumbs and mix gently. In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together 1/4 Cup of the BBQ sauce with all the remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over the turkey and mix well. Form into 8 – 10, 1 1/2 in. thick patties (think large meatballs, slightly flattened. The thickness is all that keeps them from falling apart on the grill)

Carefully moisten medium-high heat grill with olive oil. Gently place patties on grill and allow to cook as long as possible on that side until they start to almost blacken (the sugars in the BBQ sauce will burn quickly) Instead of trying to lift and flip, try rolling over gently to turn - sometimes I also use my grilling fork to guide how the burger flips. Continue to grill until burgers are quite firm when poked. They should not be squishy at all.

These can also be pan fried in a bit of Olive oil or cooked under the broiler.

Top with a small dab of the remaining BBQ Sauce and remove to a toasted Aldi L’oven Fresh Hamburger bun and top with all the usual hamburger toppings.
